Eric D was very considerate when I told I can only be home by 3.30pm
He arrived on time and put on his shoe covers so as not to walk on the carpets with his shoes, very good touch. He did a thorough check on the system and alerted me about the grass in our outside pump. He gave me some sound advice of how to prevent the grass from being sucked into the pump.

I must say all our past dealings with Bel-Aire techs has being very professional and pleasant.

I would not hesitate in recommending Eric and Bel-Aire.
