I purchased several heat mats and cords with connectors from Big Apple. I did not open the box and check the items when they arrived and when I did I found one connector missing. I contacted them and asked if they could send me just the missing connector. I was told that they were not responsible for their error because I didn't notify them by the Next Business Day. Not good customer service and I will shop elsewhere.
