The only reason I didn't give a 1-star review is that our salesman was helpful in picking out the options for the doors we wanted. We didn't care for the "act now to get this special price" game, where the special price turned out to be 30% higher than what we were quoted from a competitor a few days later. Obviously, we went with the competitor. Pure Energy might do great work and some may find it worth the extra money.

Follow-up: Changing from 2 stars to 3 after a follow-up call by the owner. He wanted to know more about my experience and he said he would follow-up with the salesman (who was new) to figure out what happened. He offered to make it right, but I had already committed to the competitor. I now would be willing to give them another shot for a future job, but I still would get at least one other competitive quote.
