If there is less than one rating I would like to rate them that. The service and the product they give is unbelievable bad. The prosthetic ankle brace I got from them in 2016 break on the road while I was walking home. The broken brace cut into my skin as I struggle to walk home. I ended up having an leg infection from the cutting and bleeding. I was dumbfounded that an over $2,000 brace did not even last two year. So, I call CR Newton to inform them the situation and see what they can do. The person on the phone was very rude and told me the brace only have a three months warranty and I maybe too hard on the brace and I need a doctors prescription to get another one. How can I be too hard when my first brace lasted me over 10 years which I got it from somewhere else and this one not even two year. The service CR Newton provide is so bad and disgusting they should not be in this kind of business. I will never go back to them with my doctors precaution.
