I first went January 12th to schedule my MRI. They told me my insurance had to approve the order before scheduling me in. A rep by the name of Evette called so I returned the call. They put me on hold for 45 minutes just to come back to say she was out to lunch. I could not believe the customer I received. How can anyone working in a professional environment think this is acceptable. I called several times and each time on hold for over 30 minutes just to give me no answers. Today I found out that this facility just faxed my order to my insurance to get approved last Thursday. I was overly disappointed and frustrated. I decided to go somewhere else . If this is how they work I rather not deal with their service.
