I am a working student of Meagan's, and have been for around 4 years now. She is an excellent horse trainer and coach. She is patient, quiet, and encouraging to both humans and horses. Her very first rule is safety, her second is that you enjoyed your time at her ranch, and her third is that you leave with a smile. She is responsible with her clients horses, and keeps in touch with the owners about how training is going. She believes there is no cookie cutter way to train a horse, and lives for the 'aha' moment. Meagan always wants the best for the horses making sure that they are comfortable and safe. She does no cruel ways of training and always executes an owners request for their horse. Meagan's lessons are always fun, and she always wants to encourage her students to push themselves and grow. She has done some therapeutic lessons that helps toddlers and young kids grow their muscles and thinking skills. Meagan is also willing to give mother daughter lessons, birthday parties, and has started an Annual Summer Classic at Rafter B Ranch around early June. She excels in what she does and works hard, she is always the person I recommend for lessons and starting horses.
