Need to stop by without an appointment as I was soon to leave on a big trip. Three months earlier I'd gotten four new tires for my E55 -- none of them are cheap, but i got the most sturdy available. Then in the last two weeks i needed to put air in my tire twice -- so needed it checked. Long story short is that they worked me in, found a screw in my tire, and when the repair wouldn't hold, made a warrantee claim and gave me a free replacement for a nominal labor charge. The staff was polite and prompt, and it was a very busy day, but i got in and out without any problem or even having to appeal for consideration since the tires were all brand new. Thank you ASC!
