I am a new customer with colonial Penn life insurance and the service is unbelievable horrible I sent in my premium payment and colonial Penn claims they never received my payment and it was cashed on August 23,2019 so colonial Penn never unforced my policy so now I will be looking for a new insurance carrier The customer service is very rude too I will never recommend colonial Penn life insurance to any one.
