The lock on our door didn't work, and there was no remote for our tv. Went down to The front desk to see if we could get a remote and some cups. Front desk guy was rude and said they have no cups in the whole hotel (although he didn't check at all) and they gave us another remote that wasn't even the same brand as the tv. We gave up on the remote and cups, and overall the room/hotel/service were all sub par. It's honestly not worth the money you save.
