Great company to work for! Was brought in as a chemical mill operator for station 6 then cross trained on other stations. Competitive wages and benefits this place offers. The people are great and got to speak with the CEO directly for a one on one welcoming to the company. Co workers are very helpful and the superintendent of building 2 is great. He acknowledges your inputs and ideas , not like most managers in different companies. 12 hours shift with 4 days on and 3 days off is great for a 3 day weekend. The company is growing rapidly with chance to move up over time.
