Sill-Terhar New F-150 Purchase

I received great service both prior to my decision to buy (no high pressure sales tactics), after I decided to buy and throughout the purchase process. Finance Manager respected my choices when opting to not purchase additional services (e.g. prepaid maintenance, Interior/exterior protection packages, etc.). As with all new car purchases, they do take some time, but the difference with Sill-Terhar was that the time was spent on productive activities to get us out the door with our new vehicle, and not spending much if any time trying to sell us on the multitude of additional services.

I worked with three different sales representatives (over a period of time) and each one basically picked up where the other left off. All were "low key" - no pressure. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want to do.

Overall the experience was completely contrary to what in the past was the standard high pressure sales tactics. When we came by the first time just for a test drive, Mark Auerbach assisted us and when we said that was all we wanted to do that day, there was not even a hint of trying to keep us from leaving. Just the opposite, we were told to just let him know if we had any questions, and otherwise wished us a nice day.

Overall the experience was quite gratifying. We left with our new F150, just the way we wanted it, with just the add-ons we actually wanted, at a very fair price, and without moment of buyers remorse. I would give high marks to Jeff, Mark, Dan and Chris and the team behind them. We had a great experience and would recommend Sill-Terhar to anyone who is looking for a stress free new car buying experience.
