Make sure they pay you. I worked with them for about a year and they had a few missteps. In the end, my recruiter, Katie Schlee, started to scoff at my requests to be paid. After leaving the company they hesitated to pay out my PTO. Had to contact HR directly to remind them. Contacted a legal firm too who informed me incidentally that they had sued Fusion in the past!

There are good things about Fusion too. But the above are deal breakers.

You have to pay your nurses without trying to ridicule their requests to be paid in the process.
