When I wanted to get NBN installed I phoned my current provider Optus and they didnt get back to me. So I called iiNet and they instantly gave me all the information I needed and organised the installation. At all times i had plenty of communication and later when I had queries they were answered on the phone very promptly. So far I find iiNet excellent
