Direct care staff were great, therapy staff as wel...

Direct care staff were great, therapy staff as well. As we are preparing to take mom to surgery this morning we find out it was cancelled because a routine procedure mandated by the urologist was not even responded to. A week and a half went by, and after multiple attempts by the urologist to get a response, nothing. Even after getting in contact with Dimondale, they have yet to provide the information. The nursing administrator I spoke with could not have been more indifferent to the situation. Your loved one will get great care from the hourly staff, but my experience tells me the administrators are not fully capable of handling routine matters, which puts people at risk.

****Updated 5/10/19****
Yesterday I got a message from Dimondale informing me that the information my mothers urologist requested 4/18/19 was sent over 5/9/19 (for a surgery scheduled 5/1/19), and to let them know if there was anything else they could do for us. She has never apologized, and speaks in passive aggressive ways that magnify her indifference. Mom and I had a good laugh about it at the urologist later that day with the people who were hounding Dimondale Nursing Care for the information.

To top it all off, I just received a notice from my mothers pulmonary specialist that an appointment scheduled by Dimondale Nursing Care was missed May 7th. We were never told about this appointment. At this point I feel it is intentional.

Mom now has MRSA, a bad infection. No surgery scheduled.
