The staff were not very friendly or helpful

The staff were not very friendly or helpful
The room was quite shabby with a lot of wear and tear .
There was an extra charge per day for extras such as the internet which we were unaware of .
In the good side , it was in a good location and we had good views
But all in all I wouldn t stay there next time.
