We have stayed at this hotel for years but recently this hotel has lost staff that have quit, been unable to service guests, been inable to check check in people at check in time (4pm)Today we arrived at 4pm and were told we may not get a room after pre paying for two nights. How disgusting. I will no longer be recommending this hotel. It has lost its flavour and staff are working crazy hours to get rooms ready but cant keep up. Just not enough help to keep up with the demand. That to me says time to go home.
