The staff is well educated and good at doing what they need to do. However they care "0" about customer service. Some of the facility is run down outdated. I especially hated the postpartum unit. After having my baby I was forced to move furniture in order to get to the rest room which I discovered was shared by three other women who also just gave birth. Imaging that.
