The show was sold out and awesome. Took a very long time for our waitress to greet us, then left without taking our drink order. While finally ordering she let's us know they are out of 3 items and stated that they go really fast. My question is if they know they sell out, why not make more so every customer has and opportunity to try it if they want, you charge more for these options. Our group of 8 had to 4 items not available. We love the Fireside, but this trip was very disappointing with staff/service.
