Don't trust the review from booking websites, they are designed to give high ratings even if your only mildly satisfied.
I only gave it a 2 star because of the fridge and TV other than that I don't really have anything good to say.

Contacting the park over the phone felt like calling to visit a prison, then when we arrived it also felt like visiting someone in a prison. They have a three stage checkin process. Must pay with credit card, then give credit card info for security deposit and fill a form. Then deposit for the room key. And they ask too many questions, feels like an interrogation. Then they go with you to your room.
We travel all over australia on a regular basis, average once a month, this is by far the worst we've stayed especially in balarat.
When we got to the room it was cold and dirty the floor was sticky "not been cleaned" and everything else seemed only "just clean". Facilities were very outdated except for the fridge and tv.
