I lived with an unhealthy apartment (invasion of rats + tiled burst) for 2 years. It did not seem to be a problem for them. And it does not pose any problem either to take 300th deposit when I leave the apartment for "cleaning" when I arrived, the state was in a disgusting state (and I weigh my words).
No answer to emails when we put them in front of the facts.
I strongly advise against
1 star out of 5 is already good too.
