I'm very disappointed at the way this dealer is handling issues. I called and tried to speak with a Manager or the GM several times and have been getting the same answer: They're busy but will get back to you as soon as possible. Now when you hear something like that you don't expect it to take a couple of weeks. I guarantee that if I call and request information on one of they're very expensive vehicles I'll be getting multiple calls within a day. The bottom line is I expect to be treated the same way whether I'm buying a car or having problems with a car purchased there. Herb Chambers Lexus you have lost a customer.
