Remarkable hospitality, cold room, warm room, intensive care.
I particularly want to emphasize this in the face of all that is said about the hospital in France and that is sometimes true.
But I spent the whole day yesterday, accompanying an emergency; we only met friendly and caring people. Available and organized.
It seemed to me that my feeling probably also came from a very good streamlining of tasks upstream: each speaker (and they are many) seems in its place, communication between them seems fluid, their concentration on their task n ' do not prevent their kindness.
I could not believe it.
And so I told myself that "the inspiration" of this excellent organization could serve as a beneficial model for a maximum of services to the hospital (= if the director of St Antoine reads these words ...)
