Some of the ladies in the ticket booth are super rude. Bought specific tickets, and they handed me tickets in another section. I bought a specific section. When I asked, they told me these are your tickets, sorry. We can't help you. When I tried to explain again, they had a supper snotty attitude and said take it up with so and so. First time ever being at this venue, and poor experience. Serious lack of customer service! Boooo!
