I had a health issue that popped up at the last minute and had to gracefully back out of the deal. Jim Butler Chevrolet understood my situation and kindly refunded my deposit. I am having heart surgery on 11/19 and buying a new car became a concern. I should have waited another week, Robert Mason is a first class gentlemen & salesman I recommend people ask for him.
