They don't even deserve a 1 star but this is the lowest they will allow me to give. The finance person said he took care of, or led me to believe that he took care of the cancellation of the extended warranty. I called the extended warranty company and they said that they never received the paperwork. When I went over there I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get the paperwork for the extended warranty. The finance person tried to keep arguing with me about it. I will never purchase another car from them and I don't believe anyone else should.
