Although I have been very impressed with the efficient and capable service in prior visits to Rose, this visit was very frustrating because the visit took over 75 minutes, about 5 of which was my mammogram itself. The intake process took 15 minutes (which was odd because I had been to Rose and filled in all of the personal information after 10 days before this) and then the wait in the 'gown' waiting room for over about 50 minutes. If someone had simply said to me, "we're running behind so this will be a longer than usual wait," then I could have used that time to work on my laptop (which I had with me). But I kept expecting to be taken in, so didn't do that. Very frustrating.
