I've had a mixed experience with Whispering Bamboo INC. While their customer service has always been prompt and helpful, the quality of their products is hit or miss. Some of the items I've purchased have been of excellent quality and have held up well over time. However, I've also had a few purchases where the products fell apart after just a few uses. Overall, I would rate them as average.
