Was with them for 11 years and they've changed over that time. You can have a host issue and they'll charge you to fix it. My site got wiped out bc of a server time out during a back up restore and I had to pay to get my data back. I have more issues with their shady sales tactics but I don't want to write a story here. I wouldn't recommend them and I'll be looking for a new Canadian webhost when my contract is done with them.
