My family & I have stayed here for years and multiple times each year. This visit was a disappointment. The property failed at delivering the published web page covid efforts and rules which is what gave me comfort in bringing my family here during the pandemic. I know this is a challenging time for everyone but please don t advertise the safety measures if not being employed.
I can only assume they are understaffed and most of those working don t want to be working there. Some staff was great but a few bad apples spoil it.
