This is not just a store, it is an EXPERIENCE! Every associate is thoroughly knowledgeable on all products in their store. Emily took such great time and care of my girlfriend and myself when it came to purchasing inserts for our current shoes. She was patient as we tried on several pairs and she made sure that WE were absolutely sure the ones we picked out were the perfect ones.
