I bought a used Camry from another dealer and took it to Mike Johnson's for a once-over. They showed me that the car came with the wrong size tires. Cindy worked diligently and got the other dealer's warranty company to pay not only for the right tires but much better tires. I was very pleased.

Everyone I met in the service department (especially Cindy) was friendly and helpful. The service was reasonably fast, the waiting room was great, the drinks and popcorn were nice, and nobody tried to sell me something I didn't need. I had a positive experience all around.
