Review of Hilton Malta

Location is very beautiful. The hotel is nice.
But in the room there was a bit of dust here and there even if was looking clean, needs more attention to cleaning expected in this period. For the structure I wish to give 4/5 stars, but unfortunately the food and the service left a bad experience.
At the pool if you want order for lunch using the bottom/bell to call a waiter... no one shows up for half an hour or more before to take the order. Waiters look sad and irritated.
For the dinner we booked a table for 21.00 but even if the restaurant was not that busy we had to wait, starters and first course pasta nice, but main-course tagliata for 2 was not good.
Long time waiting for a cocktail and all the service also, waiters running inside the restaurant, many glasses and plates broken during the dinner, and this was the sound of our dinner because not even a soft music in the restaurant.
They appear completely not organise about food service.
Really disappointed about the wine list, just few options and nothing interesting, not a good selection of wine.

We were expecting better from a 5 stars hotel.
