Very poor telephone service, attempt to call for over 1 and a half hours and was only answered twice: the first time I was hung up on after a "Hello" and the second time I was shouted at with her just repeating the same thing when trying to clarify an answer. When I asked for her name, she hung up. Unhelpful, unprofessional and an embarrassing representation of their country.
