Horrible service.

One doctor in urgent care had me promise after I was trying to convince her of crucial tests precribed by my PCP (who was not available that week and told me to pass by urgent care) that she would only do them if I promised she would not be responsible for following up with me on the test results. It was absolutely humiliating.
