These days it's refreshing to have a professional perform service on a system in your house. Tom with Jon Wayne was courteous, communicated every detail with us, and had a great attitude. I trusted his assessment of our AC problem (rare for me). I highly recommend both Tom as a technician and Jon Wayne as a company.
Our house is only 4 years old but the AC was so poorly installed that it developed a blockage in the coolant lines. Abel gave me a good description and plenty of options - everything from a minimal "fix" to system replacement. I'm not a fan of patching over multiple years so I decided to replace the entire system. Abel got us scheduled for the next day! The team of installers laid down a trail of floor protection, dismantled the old system, and installed the new one in about 9 hours. As they were wrapping up, the smart home technician arrived and installed our new thermostats. Every member of this team is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question you might have.
