I want to give a huge shout out to RooterPLUS techs, Jake and Spencer! They went above and beyond to help us. They were scheduled to replace our water heater but after installation, we had a major, unrelated busted pipe. Thank goodness they were still in our home when it happened! They found and isolated the problem and stayed well into the night to resolve the matter. I highly recommend this company and their staff!
