very good medical staff - no real problems there. BUT they have lost a (regular) payment i made to them via digital bank transfer. NEVER SEND MONEY TO THEM via the web as 6 months later they REFUSE to help me. They have failed to address my lost $500.

8 - 10 hours of calls, faxes and letters AND elevated to their complaints procedure . STILL no solution. They even recommended that i needed a lawyer to get the money back.

Feels like Daylight robbery. Theft. and a 100% failed customer "service" department
