Should have read the reviews first and saved a lot of time. I had a bad experience at this dealership. Misled me to believe they were giving me something but then added the cost back into the deal without saying what they did. Thrn got angry when I pointed it out. Sales Manger (Monte Coon) was a bully and when I called the general manager (Jim Hardick), he started out telling me that he had already talked to the sales manager and didn't think there was a problem. Talked to me for about 45 mins. I know because he kept telling me how long we had been on the phone. When presented with facts gave subjective response supporting his sales manager. Refused to look at it from my point of view. Say they care about the customer but don't. Not even close. Will not deal with them again and do not recommend anyone else deals with them. There are too many other dealerships around. I'll take my 65K to one of them.
