My daughter had a broken wrist -- horrible break. They did rush her right in and it was busy. The nurses were wonderful. The PA was horrible. Our daughter is a student and we were trying to make decisions where to do the surgery. He was either incompetent or unwilling. If he had shown some compassion and said I am sorry I just do not know the answers. But instead he was disrespectful, did not answer questions, did not attempt to find someone who could and sat there with his arms crossed.
