Never again. Upon our arrival we wanted to order room service. We decided what to have and tried to phone our order through, the phone doesn't work. I walked to reception to place order. Back in the room, the TV doesn't work. We waited 1and a half hour for our food to arrive. Ice cold food that was 100% already eaten from. Absolutely terrible food. We went to sleep only to have the same door inside the hotel slam ever 10 minutes how it didn't break off I dont know. At 2am the following morning there were two dogs continuously barking without anyone quieting them down. I went to reception that morning to ask if we can be move to another unit because I didn't get any sleep and would like our next night to be better. She downgraded us to a much smaller room on the restaurant side. One towel only, no bathroom mat, someone left their scones in the drawer, no hairdryer (3 start ratings have hairdryers), we left for a function to return at 10. At 10h30 there was music blurring so loud the windows were vibrating in our room and this coming from a private party in the restaurant. I phoned reception to ask if there was gonna be music the entire night. They said it will end soon. The music did but not the guests.
They charged us full price even though they downgraded us and they ignored our complaints.
I will not recommend it and I will definitely never visit this institution again. Not worth 5 star rating at all.
