Would not use these people again, our allocated person was worse than useless. Never read our emails and then asked for the information already submitted. Cost us time and money and our mortgage offer had more conditions than a NATO peacekeeping excercise! They then had the cheek to hound us for our fee and continually contact me to find out when we would be drawing down said mortgage ( to collect the rest of their fee from our provider no doubt!).
Avoid at all costs, easier to do it ourselves.
