People that got there graduation pictures after me...

People that got there graduation pictures after me have gotten there's before me?? Been checking everyday and still haven't gotten mine. Pay a $60 deposit to wait a week just to see the photos online and another week to get the package, which only gives you 2 more weeks to return the package if you want your refund???? Really unfair.
