Have utilized Suburban Chrysler for servicing my Chrysler 300C's and Vans for over 20 years. Just turned in my 300C and leased a 2018 Jeep Compass.

Whether it be for service or obtaining a new Chrysler or Jeep product I am always greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. I consider myself a part of the Suburban family and will continue to look to the dealership to continue handling my transportation needs for years to come.

A special shout out to Glen Campbell and Tom Brown for providing an opportunity to lease my new 2018 Compass lease. And as always to Fred Gregory in the Service Department for courteously handling my service requirements whenever I need such work.

The dealership is always spotless, the waiting area inviting and comfortable while waiting. If I need to leave a vehicle overnight Jim Piwonski the Courtesy driver graciously takes me to my home and returns me to the dealership in his usual polite and friendly manner.

An overall pleasant and satisfying experience.

What more can I ask for from this dealership? They are concerned about maintaining a cordial seamless and satisfying customer relationship with me their customer. And....I greatly appreciate that.
