Awful internet all around. Constantly begging the tech service to give me suggestions. Currently getting 5mbps download when I pay for 100mbps download speed... $120 a month just for internet that barely works... long waits on calls and in line at the store... been given 3 routers every time I m told this is the new model then the next person tells me Why did they give you this old thing? Very upsetting and only reason I use them is because by UToledo the only services are Buckeye and AT&T which is even slower.
