Not unlike the majority of other negative reviews, Millennium Trust's customer service is deplorable. Something as simple as changing an address may take months - or not get done at all (in my own experience).

Whether it be via phone or email, contacting someone takes an act of congress. The only thing I can assume is this is just another complacent and lazy company whose business model worked 20 years ago, but now is being out-hustled by technologically superior competition offering online access, actual customer service, etc.
