I placed an order via Tech 21 webpage - got a conf...

I placed an order via Tech 21 webpage - got a confirmation my mail and everything was ok... took a number of days for the item to arrive as they did not input the correct address on the package (no house nr) - despite me asking them to communicate this to the logistics - it never got done and I ended up doing the work for them.
As for the invoice, they added VAT tax - Based in Germany and tax exempt - two weeks ago I asked them to correct the invoice and I end up calling them with no reply to my mail or calls -
The Service center in the U.K. needs to focus on customer service - I would not buy anything from them again and recommend that you think twice before placing an order though then as you will not get a reply to any mails
