I had a mixed experience with Proconsumer. While the website is easy to navigate and the selection of products is good, the customer support could be better. I had a few issues with my order and getting them resolved took longer than expected. However, once the issues were resolved, I was satisfied with the product. Overall, Proconsumer is a decent company with room for improvement.
