They were super easy to work with, and made my loan process simple start to finish. I had heard that Mid American Financial was really great to work with from a co-worker who used them, and they certainly were. I went to Doug to refinance my home, and he found a loan program that saved me over $200/month on my monthly payment. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, which was smooth and quick.
