This hotel was recommended to me and for good cause. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They helped me with the WiFi on a couple of different occasions. The WIFI was fast. They helped me to find places that I needed to go to. They provided extra coffee to the room when requested. They are definitely customer oriented and they know how to do it. The quality of the room was excellent as well. My room was clean, meticulously decorated and it smelled nice. One of the things that I am particular about, is the way that the bed is made. When I went to bed, there was enough of the comforter to cover me. Many other places don't do that. I was very pleased with this. The lights in the room were very good too. There were many soft lights and some bright lights (This is particularly important when dressing. You want to know what you look like before you go out). The lobby was neat, clean, presentable, warm, inviting and pleasing to the eye. The restaurant was pleasant ant the wait staff were helpful and easy to deal with. I had to host a social one night, and the manager was very helpful in making sure that we were taken care of. The food was excellent. I wasn't displeased with anything. I also used the fitness center which was very clean and pleasant. They had a very good mix of machines and ancillary equipment to get a very good workout regardless of your fitness goals. My overall experience was excellent; therefore, I give them the highest ratings.
