Just wanted to update and correct my review within a few hours of its first posting. Today was my first contact with SV since the end of last tax season in Oct. 2019. Wanted to get some help for downloading the SV software on my brand new laptop. Left a phone message for call back at 11 am but nobody from SV called back until 2 PM. Went to chat and saw my number at 7 and after half an hour wait, got terrible customer service.
It used to be occasionally bad but now it is always. May be on the coattail of Pro Series they have many new customers and now SV does not care about old customers.

This is CPA Raj from Long Island, NY. Started using Smart Vault (SV) from last year for 2019 tax returns and was extremely pleased to see the benefit of using the same not just for my office but also for my clients. SV's tie up and its compatibility with Pro Series Professional and compliance fulfilment for client's safety are icing on the cake. I have recommended SV to my other peers.
